Silk Road

Concept: A sensory journey through the ancient trade routes, connecting the Middle East, Persia, and the Far East. Each course represents a key stop along the Silk Road, showcasing the fusion of culinary and artistic influences.

 

Food: Dishes blending Persian, Levantine, and Central Asian flavours—saffron rice, spiced lamb dumplings, Chinese-inspired date-glazed duck, and a Persian saffron and pistachio dessert.

 

Drinks: Tea and spice-infused cocktails (saffron gin fizz, rose-cardamom martini), traditional Silk Road teas, and fermented pomegranate wine.

 

Music & Art: Oud, Kamancha, and throat singing blend in an ethereal soundtrack. Calligraphy turns into visual art, projected as dancer in in flowing robes move like the desert wind.
